With KFT, he has played the largest Hungarian arenas, festivals and tv shows, and released 11 studio albums. Many of their singles have been national radio hits for over two decades, while albums went Gold and Platinum. In 2006, band members were granted the Hungarian Republic's Order of Merit of the Knight's Cross award. Apart from their home country, KFT have played the United States, the UK, Cuba and all over Europe since their formation in 1981. Beside playing with KFT, he has been a vital part of many other established artist's touring bands. He is a founding member of György Kurtág Jr.'s award-winning classic contemporary electronic band Sc.Art. Interested and experienced in all aspects of music, he was the editor in chief of Zenész (The Musician) Magazine between 1996 and 2010. |
